**Majestic Sun 406A | Gulf Views & Seascape Resort Amenities**

Beautiful Gulf views, comfortable coastal interiors, and an exceptional resort setting make Majestic Sun 406A an inviting choice for your Miramar Beach getaway. Located on the fourth floor of Building A, this one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo accommodates up to six guests. Just across Scenic Gulf Drive, Seascape Resort’s 2,000 linear feet of sugar-white beach offer plenty of shoreline to enjoy.

**The Condo**

The open living area features coastal décor, a queen sleeper sofa, and sliding glass doors opening onto a private furnished balcony overlooking the Gulf and white-sand shoreline. Enjoy the view from indoors or step outside for morning coffee and a coastal breeze.

The kitchen features granite countertops, white cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. A dining table seats four, with two additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The primary bedroom includes a king bed, television, and private bathroom with a tub-and-shower combination. A hallway nook offers twin bunk beds, while the second full bathroom includes a walk-in shower. A stacked washer and dryer adds convenience throughout your stay.

**Majestic Sun & Seascape Resort**

Beyond the beach, Majestic Sun offers an impressive indoor pool beneath a soaring two-story cathedral ceiling. A full wall of windows frames Gulf views, and a swim-through opening connects the indoor pool to the outdoor swimming area. An expansive sun deck and two hot tubs provide space to relax overlooking the coast. The adjoining fitness center also enjoys views of the outdoor pool and Gulf.

An attached parking garage provides convenient access to the building. Throughout Seascape Resort, guests can enjoy golf, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, a playground, and onsite bicycle and beach recreation rentals.

At the resort’s entrance, Seascape Towne Centre offers multiple restaurants, a bar, café, and ice cream shop, along with an arcade and laser tag for family entertainment. From beach days and pool time to dining and activities, there’s plenty to enjoy close to your condo.

**Dining & Exploring Nearby**

The Scenic Gulf Drive location places you near some of Miramar Beach’s favorite waterfront dining spots. Enjoy casual beachside dining at Whale’s Tail, visit Royal Palm Grille at Surfside Resort for coastal dining and scheduled beach bonfires, or head to The Surf Hut for seafood with a Gulf view.

Nearby grocery stores make stocking the condo convenient, while Silver Sands Premium Outlets offers designer and name-brand shopping just a short drive away.

**The Coastal Rentals Experience**

Managed locally by Coastal Rentals & Property Management, Majestic Sun 406A combines coastal comfort with the attentive service of our boutique team. Your reservation includes $25,000 in accidental damage insurance coverage, subject to the policy’s terms, conditions, and exclusions.

**Important Stay Information**

- **Complimentary Parking:** Two parking passes are provided for your stay, with a maximum of two vehicles permitted per reservation. Snowbird guests must purchase a $25 winter parking decal once their complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.
- **Smoke-Free Property:** Smoking and chewing tobacco are prohibited on balconies and in common areas, including the parking garage, walkways, pools, hot tubs, and pool decks.
- **Pool Heating:** The Majestic Sun community pool is seasonally heated based on temperatures and HOA discretion.
- **Additional Activities:** Golf, bicycle rentals, beach recreation rentals, dining, and select activities require additional fees.

**Exterior Restoration | Projected Completion March 2027**

Exterior painting, sealing, and railing work is taking place Monday–Saturday, from 8 AM–5 PM, with completion anticipated in late March 2027. Guests may experience intermittent construction noise and temporary restrictions on access to exterior areas.

Both pool decks are expected to close during December 2026, with a planned reopening for the week between Christmas and New Year’s. Work schedules and amenity access are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
